About BG

Bear Graphics started out as Shover Custom Specialties in January of 1986. The reason for the name change was to better identify the business and not to give our customers writers cramp filling out the check, so we decided on the name Bear Graphics from our shop dog Bear, a black lab/nufin mix back in 1994. She is no longer with us, but she used to greet our customers at the door when they came to the shop. Our work has gone all over the country in various forms from signs to t-shirts. We even had signs go as far as Jamaica.

Starting our 20th year in business we look forward to new and creative challenges. My wife Cindy and myself Harry, work closely together every day, Cindy did the screen printing, sales, and O yes the dreaded books. We are like most self-employed entrepreneurs, we like the trade we are in and are always learning new skills and tricks of the trade and are willing to take risks to succeed. My wife and I are volunteer fire fighters for Westmore Fire~Rescue, I am currently a Captain and my Wife is Safety Officer, She is currently fighting Cancer, she is 49. I am currently doing the dreaded books, and some of the screen printing. Our daughter Danyelle has come aboard to learn the business which can take years to understand.
